Topics we cover
Our blog covers a range of topics aligned with the aims of GORDONHOUSEPROJECT (GHP), established in 2003 and constituted in 2009. We focus on:
1. Providing advice and inspiration for stroke survivors and those affected by life-changing illnesses, including an outreach service and sanctuary.
2. Creating better relationships among inner-city youth through sport, education, and the performing arts.
3. Raising awareness for healthier lifestyles, primarily amongst African Caribbean people.
4. Encouraging improvement in numeracy, literacy, IT, and life skills through support classes and referrals.

Reaching our community
We aim to connect with the African Caribbean communities, who are disproportionately affected by stroke and mental health issues. While our focus is not exclusive, we are dedicated to preventing stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other comorbidities. Our goal is to enhance health and wellbeing across the spectrum of society. Learn more at googlelafrancegordonpeakchallenge.

Get involved
We encourage you to enquire about membership and consider donating to support our organisation's development in the UK and internationally. Your contributions will help us support our international partners, providing expertise and equipment to independently assist people facing preventable illnesses like high blood pressure and diabetes. We want likeminded people with informal and professional experiences to inform and share experiences. We welcome individuals with similar outlooks and experiences related to the illnesses we address.
